We like to keep things easy—just like our frames.

  • Where we ship: Pretty much everywhere in the world 🌎. Your walls deserve love no matter the postcode.
  • How fast? Place your order before our daily cut-off and get it the very next day. Orders after cut-off, or holidays ship the next working day.
  • Delivery fee: Free on orders above AED 150 across UAE, and above AED 250 across the world.
  • Tracking: Once your frames are on the move, we’ll send you a link so you can stalk them.
  • Missed delivery? Don’t stress—our courier will call to reschedule.

Return Policy

We want your photo walls to make you smile—every single time. If something’s not right, here’s how it works:

  • Damaged or wrong order? Head to your order history, click on the order number, then hit Return/Refund.
  • Can’t find it? Just reach out to us at hi@framedupp.com or WhatsApp us—we’ll sort it out.
  • Timing: Please submit your request within 15 days of delivery. Approved refunds are issued within 5-7 business days

Note: Since each frame is custom-made with your photos, we can’t accept returns just because of a change of heart.

We make photo walls easy. Upload your pics, pick a frame, and boom—frames that stick to your wall (without nails or tools) show up at your doorstep.
Each frame has a clever magnetic system. One part sticks to your wall, the other’s on the frame, and they snap together like magic.
Nope! Our adhesive is strong enough to hold, but gentle enough to peel off without damage.
Swap, shuffle, straighten—your wall stays safe while your photos keep up with your mood. You can move places 4 to 5 times without losing adhesive strength.

Pretty quick. Orders usually arrive the next day anywhere in the UAE. Orders outside take a bit longer but we keep you posted through tracking numbers.
